The Vaquita Electric Motor from E Propulsion can turn almost any kayak and standup paddle board (SUPs) into a powered machine. Whether you are trolling or moving from A to B, the motor module comes with a range of mounts to get you on the water.

The motor is designed to be used on saltwater or fresh water and weighs in at only 5 kgs in total making it a fantastically portable addition to your kit. The Vaquita is your island-hopping helper, an arm saver or a trolling weapon ready to take on anything.

Power at your fingertips and safety when you need it

The wireless remote control that comes with the Vaquita will keep speed and control at your fingertips! The remote can be placed around your wrist like a watch or around your paddle handle so it's close to you at all times. The slider on the remote has 8 notches so whether you are looking for a relaxing ride or pushing against a headwind, you can choose the exact speed that suits your needs.

In the event of a capsize, the motor will automatically stop when the remote comes into contact with the water so you can rest assured knowing that your watercraft won't continue moving without you.  

Up to 5 hours of battery life! 

The Vaquita's Lithium Ion battery lasts for a whopping 5 hours at half speed and 70 minutes at maximum power which will certainly get you moving. The battery weighs in at only 2.5kgs, and it's super easy to install with 4 clip-on points (1 on each corner) as well as 2 slide-on clips underneath (see in the video). 

If you are chasing even more run-time, additional batteries can be purchased separately to keep you moving and out on the water for longer.

Ready for ruddered hard shells!

If you have a ruddered kayak, the Vaquita Electric Kayak Motor comes with a mount specifically for attaching to your rudder. It partners with the US Fin Box adapter that comes with the kit to secure the motor to the mount and then the mount bolts directly to the rudder via two x 4mm bolt holes. It's a great way to attach a motor to a harshell that doesn't have a fin box.

Mounts for a range of inflatables and SUPs

The Vaquita package comes with a range of adapters to suit a wide range of infltables. Included in the package are adapters to fit US fin boxs and slide and lock fin boxes. Installation is as simple as clipping on the appropriate mount and attaching to your watercraft. It also comes with a universal adapter which allows you to mount the Vaquita to virtually any watercraft via ratchet straps provided.
