You make a substantial saving on freight by collecting your kayak from a nearby depot. Most freight carriers in Australia won't deliver bulky items to your door or charge exorbitant freight fees to do so. We obtain very competitive freight quotes by having bulky items delivered to transport partner collection depots. When we obtain a quote, we find the depot that is close to you. This is just one of the ways that we can provide you the best quote via a tailored service.
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. Upon receiving your order, we promptly check its availability for immediate shipment. If the item is on back-order or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternative arrangements. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and the charges have been processed, it will be shipped within three business days from the date of your order.
