Enjoy free shipping on our entire range of inflatable kayaks. Inflatables are a lot more compact when it comes to shipping and that's why were passing the saving on to you! Shipping is also free for accessory orders over $250 to customers within Australia. This excludes bulky items such as hard-shell kayaks and some paddles.

Australia is a big place and depending on where you are located, freight can vary quite a bit. We work hard with our freight partners to provide competitive quotes on shipping for bulky items.

You make a substantial saving on freight by collecting your kayak from a nearby depot. Most freight carriers in Australia won't deliver bulky items to your door or charge exorbitant freight fees to do so. We obtain very competitive freight quotes by having bulky items delivered to transport partner collection depots. When we obtain a quote, we find the depot that is close to you. This is just one of the ways that we can provide you the best quote via a tailored service.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. Upon receiving your order, we promptly check its availability for immediate shipment. If the item is on back-order or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternative arrangements. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment.

If your order is in stock and the charges have been processed, it will be shipped within three business days from the date of your order. You will receive shipping confirmation via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Please ensure the email address you provided during checkout is correct. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within four business days, please feel free to follow up with us at sales@kayaksforfishing.com.au.

Upon receiving your item(s), please carefully inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery. If you accept the delivery, it is essential to immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products using your smartphone or camera. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@kayaksforfishing.com.au. If your item has arrived damaged and you need to arrange a return, please have a read of our Returns page and then reach out to us to speak about next steps!
