It's easy to shop around for a better price. If, by some chance, you come across another online store selling the same product but with a lower price, let us know the details of the product and the link to the identical item on the competitor's website and well check it out.
Please note, there are a few instances where we can't consider price match though.
- Products advertised on discount sites, including but not limited to, Catch of the Day, MyDeal.com.au and MarineDeals.com.au. These items often come direct from China and the cheaper price often comes at the expense of warranty and customer support.
- Items OUR suppliers are listing on their own sites at lower than our cost price. We will certainly look into these but we may not be able to compete with importer pricing.
If in doubt, send through your pricing anyway and well look into it. Once we have an opportunity to verify the product and pricing, we will notify you immediately.
