Please be aware that you, as the customer, will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the item(s) in your order, this includes international shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the processing of your return payment.
It is important to note that in order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, they must be returned to us in "As New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories. It is for this reason that we ask customers to take care when opening their items just in case a return is necessary. "As New" condition means that the items should not display any visible signs of use, scuffs, wear or damaged packaging. It MUST be in a condition suitable and ready for resale. Returns for items showing signs of wear or any issues resulting from use will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided. If this is the case, please contact us so that we can discuss further.

In the event that the product is damaged, it is crucial that you make a note of it immediately upon delivery and send photos to sales@kayaksforfishing.com.au on the same day of delivery. Kayaks For Fishing will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone immediately to avoid any return shipping fees. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund. For all orders cancelled after items have been shipped, our 90-day Return Policy will apply, and return shipping costs will be applicable.
