As for storage, the Flow has a 5-inch hatch up front (that includes a mesh bag) to keep your valuables and other items safe. There is a recess and bungee cord located in the middle to keep your drink bottle secure and a large storage space and bungee cable in the back to house a small cooler box or a dry bag or two.
