This Advanced Elements Spring Valve Cover is the official replacement part, designed to screw onto Advanced Elements AdvancedFrame kayaks that use the spring valve. It also replaces the black dust cap that screws onto the spring valve, so you can get your kayak back to how it left the factory.

It's not a generic cap that sort of fits. It's the official replacement part made for Advanced Elements kayaks with spring valves, so it threads on properly and does the job it was designed for.
